Kitchen renovation
This lovely old manor house with its stunning views across the Hampshire Countryside has been converted into a series of houses and apartments, which presented this client with as many exciting opportunities as challenges.
Although the kitchen was of good proportions, services entered the room in one corner and could not be moved, the central heating boiler needed to be encased as it too could not be moved. A large chimney breast limited the use of one wall and the large picture window, although a significant feature, presented its own set of issues. In addition the client required a dining area and the large window with its views was a natural place for this to be located, although it appeared initially to be splitting the room into two.
Despite these constraints the outcome has been a great success and the clients are delighted with the finished result.
